Providing civil engineering Quantity Surveyors (QS) and Commercial Managers (CM), competent in all surveying practices (including cost management and reporting; contract negotiation and administration; preparation of budgets, cash flow and final costs forecasts; evaluation and negotiation of prices for additional works and final accounts) throughout the South and South West England and South Wales.
