A30/A39 Indian Queens Bypass, Cornwall – construction of 12.5 km of dual carriageway, including eight new bridges, culvert and associated works, for Cornwall County Council. Works were based on ICE conditions of contract.

A38 Dobwalls Bypass, Cornwall – construction of a new carriageway and intersections, including the undertaking of associated earthworks, drainage, safety barriers, traffic signs and communications, for Cornwall County Council. Works were based on ECC Option C conditions of contract.

A38 Goodstone to Whistley Hill Improvement Scheme, Devon – upgrade of surfacing to carriageway together with the undertaking of earthworks, drainage, safety barriers, traffic signs, communications and associated works, for the Highways Agency. Works were based on ECC Option C conditions of contract.

A38 Aston Expressway Carriageway Renewal Scheme, West Midlands – upgrade of surfacing to carriageway and associated works, for the Highways Agency. Works were based on ECC Option C conditions of contract.

A38 Harcombe to Exeter Racecourse Improvement Scheme, Devon – upgrade of surfacing to carriageway together with the undertaking of earthworks, drainage, safety barriers, traffic signs, communications and associated works, for the Highways Agency. Works were based on ECC Option C conditions of contract.

A66 Cockermouth/Lamplugh Junction Improvements, Cumbria – upgrade of a major junction to the carriageway on the A66 and associated works, for the Department of Transport. Works were based on the ICE conditions of contract.

Area 3 Network Term Maintenance Works – undertaking of bridge parapet replacements and associated works, for the Highways Agency.

Bredon Ham Carriageway Renewal Scheme, Gloucestershire – undertaking of resurfacing and associated works, for the Highways Agency. Works based on ECC Option C conditions of contract.

Brixham Resewerage Works, Devon – improvement of the existing sewerage system within the town centre, together with the construction of a pump station, transfer main and associated works, for South West Water. Works were based on the ECC Option C conditions of contract.

Chelson Meadow Landfill Facility Leachate Wall & Capping Projects, Plymouth – construction of a leachate wall to part of the landfill facility perimeter, together with the capping of sections of the landfill facility, for Plymouth City Council. Works were based on ECC Option C conditions of contract.

Deeside Road Link River Crossing, North Wales – construction of a Y-framed cable-stay bridge together with the construction of 4km of dual carriageway, associated minor bridges, retaining walls and interchanges, for Flintshire County Council. Works were based on the ICE conditions of contract.

Devonport Dockyard Upgrades, Plymouth – upgrade of the trident submarine refit and dry dock complex and associated works, for Devonport Management Ltd. Works were based on DML Partnership conditions of contract.

Downton Flood Defence Scheme, Wiltshire – construction of floodbanks, bunds and walls together with the improvement to existing drainage and channels, for the Environment Agency. Works were based on the ECC Option C conditions of contract.

Dungeness B Power Station, Kent – construction of new CO2 cooling facility and associated mechanical and electrical fittings , for British Energy. Works were based on NESTRIP conditions of contract.

Glynn Valley Bank Stabilisation Works, Cornwall – undertaking of bank stabilisation works to the carriageway and associated works, for the Highway Agency. Works were based on the ECC Option B conditions of contract.

Illfracombe Sewerage Treatment Works, Devon – construction of a new Sewerage Treatment Facility and associated works, for South West Water. Works were based on ICE conditions of contract.

Kingsand/Cawsand Waste Water Transfer, Cornwall – construction of waste water main, together with construction of four pump stations and associated control buildings, and upgrading of existing pipelines, for South West Water. Works were based on the IChemE Green Book with a Partnering Agreement between all parties.

MAC 9 Term Maintenance Contract – commercial support to Cemex UK Construction Services.

M4 Junction 36 to 37 Improvement Scheme, Bristol – undertaking of resurfacing and associated works, for the Highways Agency. Works were based on ECC Option C conditions of contract.

M5 Junction 31 Improvement Scheme, Exeter – upgrade of Junction 31, including gantry works, earthworks, drainage works, resurfacing, safety barriers, traffic signs, streetlighting, communications and associated works, for the Highways Agency. Works were based on ECC Option C conditions of contract.

M6 Bromford Viaduct Renewal Works, West Midlands – undertaking of resurfacing and associated works, for the Highways Agency. Works were based on ECC Option C conditions of contract.

M6 Toll Emergency Resurfacing Works – commercial support to Cemex UK Construction Services.

M25 Junction 23 Improvement Scheme - upgrade of Junction 31 including gantry works, earthworks, drainage works, resurfacing, safety barriers, traffic signs, streetlighting, communications and associated works, for the Highways Agency. Works were based on ECC Option C conditions of contract.

Minehead Sea Barrier Defence Works, Devon – construction of 2.5km of new sea wall, including the demolition of the existing wall and promenade and associated works, for Somerset County Council. Works were based on ICE conditions of contract.

Newton Abbot Town Centre Improvements, Devon – enhancement of town centre pedestrianised area and associated works, for Devon County Council. Works were based on the ECC Option B conditions of contract.

Ottery St Mary Flood Alleviation Scheme, Devon – construction of floodwalls and channels and associated works, for the Environment Agency. Works were based on the ECC Option C conditions of contract.

Shoreham Power Station, Brighton – construction of a fast-tracked gas turbine power station, for ABB.

Sweetham Pump Station, Devon – construction of a new pump station together with alterations to the existing pump station and associated works, for South West Water. Works were based on the IChemE Green Book with a Partnering Agreement between all parties.

TAG McLaren Paragon, Woking – construction of the new Headquarters and Research and Development Facility, for the TAG McLaren Group. Works were based on JCT98 with Contractors Design conditions of contract.

Taunton Park and Ride, Somerset – construction of new green-field site Park and Ride facility and associated works, for Somerset County Council. Works were based on the ECC Option B conditions of contract.

West Coast Mainline 400/25kV substations, Hertfordshire – construction of electrical substations to power rail tracks on West Coast Mainline, for ABB T&D on behalf of the National Grid Company. Works were based on the ICE conditions of contract.
